Do you have a permanent place of business?

Will the company you are considering ensure the job site is cleaned up thoroughly using a magnetic broom and remove any debris?

Can your contractor explain project supervision and quality control procedures?

What type of safety training do you provide your workers with?

What industry education programs has your workers attended?
Be wary of the lowest bid. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Many fly-by-night contractors often are uninsured and perform substandard work.
